ABSTRACT GUIDELINES
THEME:
“From Core to Cutting Edge: Exploring Cardiology in The Present Era”

Sub Topics:

Title:

1. The title should be concise and written in sentence case, bold, and should not contain abbreviation
2. List of authors, institutions, city and country should be written below the title

Abstract:

1. Case and research can be submitted in bahasa/english
2. The body of the abstract should not exceed 350 words (title and author name excluded)
3. Structure for case consists of background, case description, conclusion, and keyword
4. Structure for the research article consists of background, methods, results, conclusion, and keyword
5. The keywords should not exceed 6 words
6. The abstract should be uploaded in Microsoft Word format (.docx/.doc), using Times New Roman, size 12, margin 2.5 cm on all sides with line spacing 1.5 cm
7. Adding tables and images are allowed

Presentation:

1. Three best selected cases will be presented at the Interactive Real Case Presentation session in the Main Hall of the 8th SCF-SOC HF
2. Other cases and research will be selected and presented as Moderated Poster Presentation or can be selected as Displayed Poster in the 8th SCF-SOC HF event

Submission Deadline:

1. The submission deadline is May 15th 2025
2. Participants can submit the abstract to the online registration form at our web (SCF-SOCHF.com)

Reward:

   - 3 Best Interactive Real Cases
   - 4 Best Moderated Posters (2 Best Case Report & 2 Best Research)

4. Best abstracts from 3 categories will be published on Advance on Health and Medical Science Journal. (To be Confirmed)

Moderated Poster

1. Participants whose abstracts have been selected for the moderated poster category will present their posters according to the scheduled time.
2. Moderated poster presentation will be held at the Moderated Poster Theater.
3. The schedule for moderated poster presentations will be attached to this email.
4. All participants are required to be at the Moderated Poster Theater 30 minutes before the session begins, and the soft file of the poster must be submitted 7 days before the day of the 8th SCF & SOC-HF (Friday, July 11, 2025) via the website https://scf-sochf.com/  with the email subject and file name format: “moderated_poster_participant’s name”, in .JPEG format, 4:3 aspect ratio, and horizontal orientation.
5. The participants must stand beside the (digital) poster displayed on the projector screen and present in front of the judges.
6. Each presentation will be last 7 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
7. The presentation and Q&A session will be presented in Bahasa Indonesia
8. Participants are not required to print the poster in hardcopy format.
9. Presentations will be assessed by two judges based on the evaluation criteria provided by the committee.
10. The judges’ decision is final and cannot be contested.

Interactive Real Case

1. Cases must be submitted in PowerPoint format (.ppt/.pptx) with the email subject and file name format: fullname_interactivecase (example: Yoga_Yudhistira_interactivecase) via the website https://scf-sochf.com/ no later than 7 days before the event day of the 8th SCF & SOC-HF (Friday, July 11, 2025).
2. The PowerPoint template can be downloaded from the SCF & SOC-HF website via the following link: “Template PPT Interactive Real Case”.
3. The first slide must include the title, the full name of the author (without academic degrees), and the affiliated institution.
4. Each case presentation is limited to a maximum of 10 slides.
5. Cases may be written in either Bahasa Indonesia or English
6. Presentations must be in widescreen format with a 16:9 aspect ratio
7. The total time allotted for the presentation and discussion with the panelists is a maximum of 15 minutes.

Displayed Poster

1. Participants whose abstracts have been selected for the displayed poster category may showcase their posters during the 8th SCF & SOC-HF.
2. The displayed poster sessions will be held at the Displayed Poster Theater.
3. All participants must submit the soft file of the poster no later than 7 days before the event day of the 8th SCF & SOC-HF (Friday, July 11, 2025) via the website https://scf-sochf.com/ with the email subject and file name format: “displayed_poster_participant’s name”, in .JPEG format, resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels (minimum 1920 x 1080), 16:9 aspect ratio, and horizontal/landscape orientation.
4. Participants are not required to present their posters, and there will be no judging process for displayed posters.
5. Submitted displayed posters will be showcased on 50” digital TVs provided by the committee in the Displayed Poster Theater throughout the 8th SCF & SOC-HF event.
6. The displayed poster slideshow schedule will be announced on Monday, July 14, 2025.
7. Participants are not required to print the poster in hardcopy format.
8. All displayed poster participants will receive a certificate as a displayed poster participant in the 8th SCF & SOC-HF.
